All case casts are duplicated. Finished orthotic and original bite registration are returned with original casts.

All cases are mounted on an AccuLiner or LVI Stratos articulator for orthotic fabrication.

Items needed to fabricate an orthotic:

Casts (stone) or high quality impressions

Bite registration

Completed Rx form

Copy of K7 scans (optional)

IDO does not send statements. Your IDO account may be paid by check from the invoice. We also accept MasterCard, Visa and American Express credit cards for your convenience.

Turnaround for removable and fixed orthotics is 9 Dr. business days (including Fridays). Please contact us regarding urgent rush cases.

Second Day Service and Priority Mail are complimentary. Next Day Air shipments require an additional $20 per shipment charge be added to the case. Please be sure to mark the airbills for 2nd day service and include the number of pkgs. and weights (usually 1 or 2 ibs.) to avoid being billed for extra shipping. Please contact us for supplies or urgent case reservations.
